Clearwater is further authorized to maintain this application on file to update its credit records from time to time and to keep a file containing some or all of the applicant(s)’s personal information, whether or not the requested credit is granted.

The applicant(s) also have a general right to access and rectify the personal information in this file by making a written request to Clearwater. By providing your email to us, you expressly consent to services developed or provided by us, provided that we will not give your email address to another party to promote their products or services directly to you.
